PROPW-002009 - DC-DC VOLTAGE STEP UP/DN MODULE S18V20F9 I/P:3-30V O/P:9V 2A

This powerful stepup/stepdown regulator efficiently produces a fixed 9V output from input voltages between 3V and 30V while allowing a typical output current of up to 2A when the input voltage is close to the output voltage and offering typical efficiencies of 80% to 90%. Its ability to convert both higher and lower input voltages makes it useful for applications where the power supply voltage can vary greatly as with batteries that start above but discharge below the regulated voltage.

The flexibility in input voltage offered by this regulators is especially wellsuited for batterypowered applications in which the battery voltage begins above the desired output voltage and drops below the target as the battery discharges. Without the typical restriction on the battery voltage staying above the required voltage throughout its life new battery packs and form factors can be considered. For example: A 4cell battery holder which might have a 6V output with fresh alkalines or a 4.0V output with partially discharged NiMH cells can be used with the 5V version of this regulator to power a 5V circuit. A disposable 9V battery powering a 5V circuit can be discharged to under 3V instead of cutting out at 6V as with typical linear or stepdown regulators. The 6V version of this regulator can be used to enable a wide range of power supply options for a hobby servo project.

Back-Orders

Due to the nature of our business, only a limited supply may be available for some items. As such, we reserve the right to cancel back orders. Accepted back-orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Accepted back-orders will only be charged on the day they are shipped.

Online Shopping Returns/RMA

NOTE: Any shipments received without a RMA# will be refused. Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 7 working days of delivery. All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). RMA# requests are made by calling 416-494-8999 Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Carefully pack your return and clearly note the RMA# on the outside of the box. Some items (such as kits, cut or measured product and special orders) are non-returnable. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable. No returns after 30 days.

All Returned Goods must be complete and in original package. Returns must be made within 7 working days (with original Invoice). Restocking charges of 30% shall be levied for no fault of Sayal. Refunds shall be issued via the same method of purchase with Original Card.
