NOTE: If you have a Mac instead of a PC be warned that this microscope although the information says USB driver free Windows XP/Vista Mac OS 10.0.4.x USB 1.1 2.0 or above there is in fact **no software and no instructions whatsoever** included for this scope either with the purchase or on the manufacturer's website.

Solution One: My MacBook Pro laptop running OS X 10.5.8 for $18 more buy the shareware program MiXscope which is a USBcompatible microscope viewer. With it you can view the images from the scope take little movies or stills etc. etc. Without it you need a PC.
