The wristbands operate when placed correctly over the NeiKuan point on each wrist. To locate the NeiKuan point place your middle 3 fingers of one hand over the inner wrist of the opposing hand with the edge of the top finger touching below the first wrist crease. Locate the NeiKuan point underneath the index finger in between the two wrist tendons. Position the raised plastic stud faced inward over the NeiKuan point. Repeat the process for the other wrist. One bracelet must be worn on each wrist in order to achieve effectiveness.
